Annie was the consumate professional to deal with. No nonsense, and attentive to every detail. Very much on top of the project from start to finish. We did everything to our house to renovate it as it was purchased from an older couple and needed serious TLC. Annie Santulli whisked away the dated Mediterranean look of our house and brought it into the year 2020. We always disliked our northern exposure. It made everything look heavy and dark. We never dreamed our home could become so light and bright. Now we live in an elegant, chic and modern home. The word I used to describe it is spectacular! From the construction, to the furniture selection and accessories, Annie got a sense of our design taste right away and was spot on with all of her choices. Everything she showed us reflected who we are. She immediately “got us.” She was always available from early morning emails to text responses right away. If I said “Annie, I think we could use a bench in the guestroom” pictures were sent to us right away and a bench was ordered that afternoon! She has a fun, easy-going attitude and yet she is detail oriented. We never had to worry or think twice about anything. If something came up (which wasn’t often) her response was “ I’ll handle it.” Although Annie has many clients she always makes you feel like you are her only ones. We really cannot praise her enough and we feel that a review like this cannot even do her justice. Where do I even begin? It all started when I was walking on the treadmill at the gym and saw Annie’s ad in an older addition of the Florida design magazine. I called her and we hit it off right away. She knew what our vision was for our new home and us being in Virginia and she and the home in Florida, she was able to pull off a small miracle and getting us what we needed. Not only was it a large house, we needed the project done in 4-5 weeks. Annie and I did a lot of emailing back and forth with pictures and ideas of what we were looking for and she was able to match our needs with a design warehouse center in Florida that was amazing. She went to the house, measured and then put all the different room selections together in the showroom. We planned a weekend to fly down to see and pick and choose what we liked-all on one Saturday- and the house was then done the following week. She hired crews to do everything from hanging art work, putting the pool table together, to cleaning crews to make all the beds and clean up after everything was delivered. Now I’m not saying this wasn’t a stress for job for her to pull off, but she did the delivery in one day and with a smile on. We had our friends down the day after she got everything in and celebrated Valentine’s day in the new home! To top that all off we made the Septemeber addition of Florida Design. She was great to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone. Can’t say thanks enough to her!!

We have built and redesigned several homes around the country and I can tell you that I would not want anyone else making design calls for us other than her. She completely redesigned, upon our purchase, a great but a bit tired 3BR 3 Bath apartment in a prestigious building with great views into a showcase 3BR/3 1/2 Bath with extraordinary open panoramic ocean views. Annie has a very well developed sense of structure, spatial design and color. We are very selective in accepting other people's opinions with regard to taste. We hired Annie Santulli Designs after doing a complete gut job on our apartment in Palm Beach, Florida. Annie came in and took charge overseeing the entire renovation. Her extreme organizational skills and attention to detail made this huge project progress without a glitch. We were in NY during most of the renovation, only coming to Palm Beach a few times. Each time we saw the apartment we were thrilled. I hired Annie sight unseen to help me downsize from a big house to a new townhouse and I insisted that she use as much of my existing furniture as possible. She was fantastic. She helped me pick out all the finishes in the townhouse, including the kitchen, which I LOVE. She did suggested changes to the floorplan of the townhouse under construction which improved it greatly. She used all my furniture as requested and updated it with gorgeous fabrics and some additional furniture that modernized it and fit in perfectly. My house came out gorgeous and so livable! Finally, and most importantly, she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is professional, attentive and fun to be with. She is everything you would want in a decorator.
